Empty plastic jars (Bloomfield (close to Rt 3 & GSP ext 151))

I've been de-cluttering. For years I've been saving jars and bottles, thinking that they'd be handy to put stuff in. But I seem to accumulate them far faster than I use them. Now they're just taking up too much space. My wife started talking about getting a bigger house to hold our stuff. I said yikes, let's just throw out some stuff and keep the house. To that end, I'm getting rid of these jars. It'd be easy enough to recycle them, but that seems like kind of a waste. Someone might be able to use them. As far as I'm concerned, on the chain of waste, recycling is just one notch above throwing out. In fact, I'm slightly dubious about the entire recycling system we have here. Not sure it's just as wasteful as dumping it in a landfill. The most efficient form of recycling is re-use. So, efficient, good citizen me is giving these away to someone who wants to reuse them. They are sort of clean. I mean, some of them I ran through the dishwasher, others I just gave a good rinse to. But this is about 10 years worth of accumulation, so you might want to just clean them again for your own sake. Some of them undoubtedly still smell like coffee, sorry, I just got tired of cleaning them so well. But what I didn't do was put disgusting stuff in them. I mean, I didn't like bring stool samples to the doctor and then bring the jar home and put it back in the box. I wouldn't do that. For one, the doctor gives you a little jar if you ever need to bring in a sample. Secondly, I just wouldn't even if he didn't.
I don't want to make a federal project out of this. I've sold stuff on CL before, and to be honest, I'm getting tired of it. So many spammers and scammers that it gets hard to tell the legitimate customer from the con man. I'd say cash and carry only, but in this case, there's no money involved. So it's just carry only. I don't even need to know what you need them for. All ya got to to is tell me you want them. That's a good enough reason for me.
